Bio

Shannon joined the Gee-Gees as a full-time staff member in November, 2019. She completed her undergraduate degree at uOttawa and was a student therapist with the Gee-Gees football and women's rugby teams, winning the Student Therapist of the Year award in 2013-14. She then graduated from Sheridan College, winning the Provincial College Co-op Student of the Year by Education at Work Ontario as well as the 2017 Dr. Ron Taylor Award for demonstrating exemplary leadership qualities as well as strong interpersonal skills and character. Walsh Moreau interned with the Ottawa Redblacks and Hamilton Tiget Cats while at Sheridan and spent the 2019 season on staff with the Redblacks.
