• 2023 RSEQ Silver Medal - 100m back (1:02.8)
• 2023 RSEQ Silver Medal - 400m freestyle relay (with Rachel McInnes, Shaunna Walker-Dejong, Vanessa Thebarge)

FIRST YEAR (2022-23)

Appeared in first U Sports Championship with the Gee-Gees placing sixth in the 400m freestyle relay and 400m medley relay… At the RSEQ Championship, earned silver medals in the 100m backstroke and 400m freestyle relay (with Rachel McInnes, Shaunna Walker-Dejong, and Vanessa Thebarge).

BEFORE THE GEE-GEES

Competed with the Halifax Trojan Aquatic Club… Earned a gold medal in the 200m backstroke with a time of 2:21.34 at the 2022 Canadian Junior & Senior Championships… Had a great showing at the 2022 Nova Scotia Ken Dunn Provincial Championships placing first in the 200m freestyle, 400m freestyle, second in the 50m backstroke, and third in the 100m backstroke and 200m backstroke.
