FIFTH YEAR (2022-23)

Unfortunately missed the last six regular season games and post-season due to injury… Started in all 16 of her appearances in her final season, averaging 16.1 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game… First in OUA and second in U SPORTS with a field goal percentage of 57.5… Scored season-high of 24 points against York (Nov. 5)... Was the inaugural recipient of the OUA’s Women’s Basketball Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Award… Selected as the Gee-Gees MVP and was recognized as the Career Achievement Award winner… Finished Gee-Gees playing career as the second leading scorer and rebounder in program history. 

FOURTH YEAR (2021-22)

Established career highs in scoring and rebounding with 16.4 points and 9.7 rebounds per game... Ranked 1st in OUA East in scoring and 3rd in OUA overall... Ranked 5th in OUA overall in rebounding... Started all 14 games for the Gee-Gees... Recorded her 1000th career regular season point at Queen's on February 11... Recorded her 500th career regular season rebound at home (Montpetit Hall) vs Queen's on February 12... Finished season with 1102 career regular season points which ranks second in team history... Finished season with 577 career regular season rebounds which ranks third in team history... Set new single game career high 32 points scored at Ontario Tech on November 13... Averaged a career high 1.8 steals per game and 27.4 minutes per game.  

SEASON NOT PLAYED (2020-21)

Co-founded Black Student-Athletes Advocacy Council at uOttawa, serving as secretary... Earned U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian honours for the fourth consecutive year... OUA season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.... Did not impact eligibility... Signed with Sharjah Sports Basketball Club in Dubai in UAE's premier league before returning to Ottawa at the end of the season to re-join the Gee-Gees for 2021-2022. 

THIRD YEAR (2019-20)

Started 20 games for the Gee-Gees while making a total of 22 game appearances averaging 13.2 points and 7.2 rebounds per game… Ranked second in the nation in field goal percentage with 45.9%... Had a season high of 28 points in a 74-59 win at Nipissing… Earned U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian honours... Currently 3rd in career points with 873 and 4th in career rebounds with 443 in program history... Earned Honours BSc in Biomedical Sciences, graduated summa cum laude and was valedictorian of the Faculty of Science.

SECOND YEAR (2018-19)

Started 21 games and made 23 total game appearances… Averaged 14.0 points and 6.1 rebounds in 25.9 minutes per game while adding 32 assists and 28 steals… Ranked first in the nation in field goal percentage with 52.9%... Tallied 23 points for a season high in an 86-61 win at Laurentian… Had a career high with 16 rebounds in a 95-58 win versus Nipissing... Recognized with several awards: U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian, uOttawa President’s Award, and OUA Third Team All-Star.

FIRST YEAR (2017-18)

Started 20 out of 21 total appearances while averaging 12.3 points and 6.8 rebounds per game… Ranked third in the nation in field goal percentage with 47.2%... Had a career high in points with 29 in a 61-44 win versus Toronto… Was honoured with several awards: uOttawa Rookie of the Year, U SPORTS All-Rookie Team, U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian and OUA All-Rookie Team. 

BEFORE THE GEE-GEES

Lefebvre-Okankwu competed in the RSEQ with Collège Nouvelles-Frontières where she was recognized as an outstanding student-athlete at the pancanadian level…Prior, she attended École secondaire de l’Île where she was honoured as the secondary five female student-athlete with the best reconciliation of sports and studies.
