- The Gee-Gees swept their weekend series against the Montreal Carabins and McGill Martlets last weekend. Mahika Sarrazin turned aside 27 of 28 Carabins shots in her season debut.
- Abygail Moloughney continues to lead the team in goals and points. Despite the hot start, she'll have quite a way to go to catch Karine Bombardier's records of 41 regular season points (2000-01) and 27 regular season goals (2001-02).
