FIRST SEASON (2021)

Named to the OUA All-Rookie Team after appearing and starting in six regular season and two playoff games for Ottawa… Finished eighth in the OUA in receiving yards (358) and yards per catch (13.8) as well as ninth in total receptions with 26, leading the team in nearly all major receiving categories… Tallied a season-high 149 yards on 8 receptions in the season opener at Toronto (Sept. 18)… In playoffs, registered 81 yards on four receptions… After the season, was awarded the team’s Matt Anthony Award for Rookie of the Year… Began Gee-Gees career in second year of eligibility due to updated U SPORTS eligibility policy for years played over the age of 20.

BEFORE THE GEE-GEES

Attended Collège Montmorency in Laval, QC for CÉGEP, playing three seasons for the Nomades… In third season (2019), finished second on Montmorency and fifth in RSEQ Div. 2 with 478 receiving yards on 32 catches for three touchdowns… In second season (2018), had 10 catches for 85 yards on the season… In first season (2017), had 150 yards on 14 receptions against Div. 1 competition… Prior to Montmorency, attended École secondaire Armand-Corbeil in Terrebonne for high school, where he tallied 236 yards on 15 receptions in his 11th grade season in 2016… Uncle, Obed Cétoute, played receiver in the CFL from 2007-2011 with Toronto and Saskatchewan, was drafted 31st overall out of Central Michigan.
