FOURTH YEAR (2019)

Dressed and played in every regular season and postseason game, including 8 starts at safety in the regular season and a start in Ottawa’s only postseason game…Had his best showing of the season in the Panda Game victory against Carleton (Oct. 5), recording 2.5 total tackles, a forced fumble, an interception, and a blocked field goal…Finished the season with an interception, 15 solo tackles, and 13 assisted tackles, resulting in a total of 21.5 tackles and an average of 2.7 tackles a game…He was awarded OUA Second Team All-Star Honours.

THIRD YEAR (2018)

Played in every regular season and postseason game, including eight starts at safety in the regular season and a start in Ottawa’s only postseason game…Was a key member of an Ottawa defense that led the conference with 17 interceptions by contributing four INTs of his own…Had his best game in a 42-16 home victory against York (Sept. 22) where he collected two interceptions, recorded a sack, and had eight total tackles from the safety position…Was awarded OUA and U SPORTS Defensive Player of the Week for that performance…Finished the season having tallied 30 solo tackles and eight assisted tackles, making him the third leading tackler on the team and top 25 in the league with a total of 34 tackles and an average of 4.8 tackles a game…His four interceptions made him second on the team in INTs and third in the OUA…He was named an OUA Second Team All-Star Honours and awarded the Dr. Robert Pelletier Most Improved Gee-Gee Award, and the Gee-Gee MVP.

SECOND YEAR (2017)

Dressed and played in one regular season game in his second year…Saw his only action in a 40-30 home victory against Waterloo (Oct. 14) where he recorded a solo tackle.

FIRST YEAR (2016)

Appeared in 5 regular season games and played in 1 as a redshirt freshman…Saw his only action in a 65-1 away victory against Waterloo (Sept. 5) where he recorded two solo tackles.

REDSHIRT YEAR (2015)

Did not appear in any games, did not impact eligibility.

BEFORE THE GEE-GEES:

Attended Huron Heights Secondary School in Newmarket, Ontario… Played both quarterback and defensive back… Was a York Region All-Star in 2013 and 2014… Awarded Senior Athlete of the Year at Huron Heights S.S.
