OTTAWA GAME NOTES

  • Branden Makara had a multi-point night the last time these two teams faced off, picking up an assist on the opening goal before finding the back of the net himself.
  • The Gee-Gees scored their first powerplay goal last weekend against the Concordia Stingers thanks to a Yvan Mongo deflection.
  • Gee-Gees' goalie, Tristan Bérubé is tied for the third best save percentage in the OUA. He has played every minute so far this season for the Garnet and Grey, making four starts.

    • Goals: Aaron Boyd — 6
    • Assists: Oliver Castleman, Cole Carter, Samuel Meisenheimer — 4
    • Points: Aaron Boyd — 8
    • Wins: Mark Grametbauer — 2
  • Aaron Boyd is the division's leading goal scorer, finding the back of the net in all four of Carleton's games so far. He scored twice in both games last weekend.
  • The Ravens have both scored (16) and conceded (15) the most goals in the division.
  • Carleton is ranked ninth on the U SPORTS men's hockey national rankings.
