- The Gee-Gees clinched a playoff spot with their two victories last weekend, defeating No. 3-ranked Concordia 3-2 in overtime and Bishop's 3-1.
- Aurélie Dubuc was named the Gee-Gees Athlete of the Week for her efforts. The netminder steered aside a career-high 45 shots against the Stingers, holding Concordia to two goals or less for just the second time this season.
- Ottawa crept into the U SPORTS Top 10, earning the No. 9 position. It's the first time the program has been nationally ranked since January 2017, and the first time at No. 9 or lower since February 2016.

- The Martlets team save percentage of .885 is the second lowest in U SPORTS this season. Former Ottawa Lady 67's netminder Juliette Roy saw her first action of the year last weekend, stopping 29 of 31 shots she faced against Carleton for an admirable .935 save percentage.
