- The Gee-Gees came away with a successful two-win weekend. Ottawa will be looking to carry the momentum as they go on to face a pair of teams they have yet to beat this season.
- Katherine Birkby has been essential in the Gee-Gees playmaking, leading the team in assists and points. Alyssa Biesenthal is another player who has helped with Ottawa's production. After a 20-point season in 2022-23, Biesenthal has scored four times already this season.
- The Gee-Gees only have three games remaining before the break, all their opponents are ranked in the top three of the RSEQ and are teams that Ottawa has yet to defeat. After Bishop's and Montreal, Ottawa will face Concordia.
