Bio
A four-time conference all-star, Steve Aubrey was one of the finest defencemen in Gee-Gees history and was regarded as the team's backbone in the early seventies. He earned conference All-Star honours in 1972-73, 73-74, and 74-75. He was the Gee-Gees captain in 1974-75 and represented Canada that year.
A six-foot, 185 pound physical education student, he played his junior hockey with the Ottawa M and W Rangers before joining the Gee-Gees in 1971-72.
He represented Canada in 1974-75 as part of a 20-member CIAU all-star team which played in Czechoslovakia and Switzerland, coached by Clare Drake.
