UPDATE: Gee-Gees teams prepare for winter season return
In accordance with the Province of Ontario's revised measures, the University of Ottawa's varsity sports teams recommenced training on Jan. 31.
Ontario University Athletics announced that it would resume its regular season schedules as of Wednesday, Feb. 9. At this time, the RSEQ will continue to follow current Quebec public health guidelines, which do not allow for a return to competition at this time.
Furthermore, OUA and U SPORTS have announced updates to their winter championship schedules. Dates relevant to Gee-Gees programs are listed below.
For upcoming events during current provincial guidelines, capacity at Montpetit Hall Gym and Minto Sports Complex Arena will be capped at 250 spectators. Information on COVID-19 requirements and general public ticketing is available HERE.
