What They're Saying:
"The environment is looking really positive, no one really cared about scoreboard [at halftime], it's more about the process and what we do every play. When we came back in the second half it showed that we know what we can do we just have to execute." – Nicholas Gendron, wide receiver.
"I'm proud of what we did [against the run], we've got a good defence, but we gave them a lot more points than we should have but some of those points were from penalties, the snap over the head, and those things have an effect on us so it's unfortunate they were able to capitalize on our mistakes." – Marcel Bellefeuille, head coach.
Next Up:
The Gee-Gees will be back on the road next weekend to take on the 4-0 Western Mustangs at Western Alumni Stadium on Sept. 23.
