CAREER HONOURS:

• 2023 RSEQ Bronze Medal - 200m freestyle relay (with James Steele, Ryan Jensen, Hugo Lemesle)
• 2x U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian (2020-21, 2021-22)

SECOND YEAR (2022-23)

Earned an RSEQ bronze medal in the 200m freestyle relay (with Hugo Lemesle, James Steele, and Ryan Jensen)… Swam personal best of 24.87 in the 50m freestyle at RSEQ Cup 4 (Jan. 20). 

FIRST YEAR (2021-22)

Earned two fourth place finishes at the RSEQ Championship. 

BEFORE THE GEE-GEES

Lanouette swam with Natation Gatineau… Earned a silver medal in the 400m freestyle relay at the 2019 Ontario Junior International… Got a gold medal in the 800m freestyle relay at the 2019 Eastern Canadian Championships.
