• Ottawa suffered their first loss of the season on Friday night, falling to the Brock Badgers in a tight game. The Gee-Gees bounced back from the 58-56 loss with a strong win over Algoma.
• In the Gee-Gees 74-53 win over Algoma, Alissa Provo scored a career high 23 points while contributing five rebounds and three assists.

GUELPH

  • Rebounds (per game): Hannah Bourdon – 8.7
• The Gryphons came out victorious in their meeting with the Gee-Gees last season. Renee Armstrong was the top scorer, logging 17 points in the effort. Armstrong will look for another strong performance against the Gee-Gees on Saturday.
• Guelph started the season with a loss to Brock, but have been perfect since with a six game winning streak.
