- The Gee-Gees fell to the UQTR Patriotes last week, although they did take the third set by a 25-18 score.
- Although it's a very limited sample size, Maxim Langevin has a .813 kill percentage this season. The rookie has converted 13 of her 16 attacks.
- First year Janae McKay has gotten off to a strong start to her career at middle. She currently leads the team with eight blocks.

- UQAM enter the match on a high, having handed the Sherbrooke Vert & Or their first loss of the season in their last match. The Vert & Or were skunked three sets to none on their home court.
- Sabrina Mayer and Gabrielle Archambault have done the majority of the offensive damage for the Citadins this season. The duo has combined for 65 kills thus far.
- Ottawa and UQAM were supposed to meet in the first match of the season, but it was postponed to a later date.
