Bio

Following a stellar high school career at Fisher Park high school, Ric Myles distinguished himself with uOttawa as one of the most hardnosed players to ever wear the garnet and grey.  A two-way player at both lineback and fullback from 1965-1967 and 1969, Ric would prove vital in the success of Matt Anthony’s teams in the mid-1960s, including being a key member of the undefeated 1965 OIFC and OSLAA champions.

In 1966, Ric was among the nation’s leaders in rushing, gaining over 700 yards on the ground including a season high 170 against RMC. This feat still ranks in the top 10 among Gee-Gee all-time ball carriers.
