Ken’s stellar athletic career at the University of Ottawa includes being a member of Don Gilbert’s 1975 National Championship team, twice being named as a conference all-star and being named team MVP in 1976. Following a successful career as a player, Ken went on to coach the defensive backs for the Gee-Gees.

As a former team captain, Ken continued to demonstrate his leadership in the football community acting as president of the 13th Man Alumni Association. Ken has also spent over 25 years coaching football at Ashbury College in Ottawa.
