The rivalry is renewed this Saturday, as the Ottawa Gee-Gees and the Carleton Ravens are set to meet in the 52nd annual Panda Game. Kickoff is schedule for noon in front of a sellout crowd of 15,000 at TD Place Stadium.
The Gee-Gees enter having taken Pedro the Panda home for two consecutive seasons. Ottawa's defence smothered Carleton in 2019 en route to a 32-10 rout. The Garnet and Grey hold an all-time record of 34-17 in the big game, which dates back to 1955.

- Ottawa dropped their second game of the season to the Queen's Gaels on Saturday. Despite out-gaining the Gaels and having more time of possession, Ottawa could only score a lone fourth quarter touchdown.
- Nathan Walker earned his first touchdown in Garnet and Grey. The senior transfer from Bishop's caught a five-yard toss from Matt Mahler.
- The Gee-Gees fielded 11 players on the opening kickoff in honour of Francis Perron. They took a ceremonial delay of game penalty, which was declined by the Gaels.
- The University of Ottawa will honour Perron in a ceremony prior to the kickoff.

- Quarterback Tanner DeJong leads the OUA in passing yards. Ben Maracle sits second. DeJong's 161.4 pass efficiency is second behind Tre Ford of Waterloo.
- Fifth year tailback Nathan Carter made his season debut against York, scampering for 83 yards on the ground.
