CAREER HONOURS:

• 2022 RSEQ Second Team All-Star

SECOND YEAR (2022-23)

Made second nationals appearance, placing sixth in two events… Earned bronze in the 800m freestyle relay (with Amy Meharg, Taylor Elliot, and Selin Turan) and silver in the 400m freestyle relay (with Isabelle Melanson, Shaunna Walker-Dejong, and Vanessa Thebarge) at the RSEQ Championship. 

FIRST YEAR (2021-22)

Made first U SPORTS championship appearance… Earned three RSEQ medals, silver in the 800m relay (with Amy Meharg, Adelle Yamashita-Ball, and Taylor Elliot), bronze in the 400m relay (with Adelle Ymashita-Ball, Maiya Dalton, and Margaret Quinn), and bronze in the 400m individual medley with a time of 4:58.34. 

BEFORE THE GEE-GEES

McInnes competed with the Kelowna Aquajets… Earned a gold medal in the 50m butterfly with a time of 29.84 at the Winter Provincial Championships (Mar. 6, 2020).
