- Point guard, Natsuki Szczokin, had a pair of big games to help the Gee-Gees secure a pair of dominant wins over Laurentian and Nipissing. Scoring 18 points in a 71-56 win over Laurentian. Szczokin went on to earn a double-double the following night. Logging 15 points and 12 assists in the 85-56 win against Nipissing, Szczokin continues to be a reliable playmaker for the Gee-Gees.
- Ottawa is back on track, stringing together three wins after a tough defeat to open the second half of the season.
- Approaching the final leg of the regular season, the Gee-Gees are second in the OUA EAST standings, trailing Carleton.
