The Gee-Gees women's hockey team will take on the Carleton Ravens in the regular season finale on Sunday afternoon.
The Gee-Gees currently sit fourth in the conference heading into the weekend.
Friday's meeting between McGill and Montreal will be of interest to Gee-Gees fans. A McGill win grants the Gee-Gees an opportunity to finish in third place, if they defeat Carleton Sunday. This would result in a McGill-Ottawa playoff series next week.
A Montreal victory on Friday night would result in them bumping McGill out of second, and force Ottawa to finish in fourth place regardless on Sunday's result. Ottawa would then open the playoffs against the top ranked Concordia Stingers.
