After a long bye week, the Gee-Gees are ready for battle against the only other undefeated team in the OUA East, the Queen's Gaels. The Gee-Gees only have three games under their belt this season, while the Gaels will be coming into matchup having played six regular season games.

• Ottawa has not conceded a goal at home so far this season, defeating Trent 5-0 in their only home game.
• After leading U SPORTS with 18 goals in 11 regular season games, Cassandra Provost is already back to work, scoring 5 goals so far. 
• Jenna Matsukubo will be facing off against her former team. Last season, she earned OUA First Team All-Star honours, leading the conference with 10 assists for the Gaels. Her speed and vision have been notable factors in the Gee-Gees early success.

• Queen's is currently 2^nd in the OUA in shots and are sure to challenge the Ottawa goalkeepers, who have had relatively quiet games thus far. 
• The Gael's have only allowed one goal against them and lead the OUA with four shutouts. 
• Unlike the Gee-Gees, the Gael's will not be so well rested Before heading to Ottawa, the Gael's will be in Toronto to take on TMU on Sep. 23.
